Our yoga instructor, Amanda Nelson is a certified 200hr Yin, gentle flow and power Yoga.

Yoga connects postures with the breath. Moves are at a slower pace to build strength, balance and control of the body and the mind. She will be teaching a gentle flow yoga class as well as her regular yoga class. Come try a class today!
